I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years, and I ALWAYS ask for Neuza! She never fails to do an immaculate job, and makes an otherwise less-than-enjoyable process an absolute pleasure. Can’t recommend her highly enough!!!

This was my first time here and I loved it!! Shout out to Neuza!! She was amazing, informative, and super friendly. She made my first time great and she was super supportive. She advised me as she got read my to wax and touch certain areas. She asked how I felt throughout my waxing and if I needed confidence she gave it! The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend any women for a first time wax and ask for Neuza.

Nueza is the absolute best! I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and it took me a minute to find someone to stick with. She is very gentle, welcoming, fast, efficient and very informative. She greets you with a warm hug and makes you feel at ease each visit! I absolutely love her! 10/10 I recommend her at her the midtown location! Thank you for such great customer service

Love this location! The staff is always very nice and pleasant and I do not go anywhere else! I have been getting waxed by Lana for almost a year now and have absolutely no complaints. She’s always very sweet and professional and makes the whole process easier. I love a fast wax but I love a clean fast wax even more and you get both with her. I don’t even own a razor anymore!
